Due to the ongoing (and likely worsening) problems with the Delta variant, and uncertainty with the forthcoming Lambda variant, I've decided to postpone the program until at least spring 2022. (I'll reassess the timing in late fall.)
The program depends on the active involvement of public health professionals. Just like last year, we believe that they will be too focused on addressing the pandemic to participate fully in the program.
I will continue to connect urban design, creative placemaking and public health through the next Creative Placemaking Leadership Summit -- Infrastructure for Better Well-Being, and by developing content for the program book. I hope that you'll want to stay involved with the program next year.
